Mike and Mary of Re/Max are professional realtors who have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From Day 1 to Closing of our home they provided exceptional services throughout the journey. In spite of COVID related challenges, they did an incredible job staging, marketing, photography, listing, showings and helping us manage all the paperwork making the entire sales cycle a breeze. 

They even helped us line up handyman, painters, electricians, floor cleaning, window washing services in a single day and at the most reasonable prices. 

We received 4 offers on our home in 3 days. We ended up selling our home for $60K more than original listing. As our new property is under construction and 6 months away from close, they even negotiated with the buyer to allow us to rent back the property until we close our new home. This was above and beyond. 

This is a power house couple who works incredibly hard to make sure you get the maximum out of the experience in every aspect. I highly recommend them!

They helped us buy our forever home with no hassles, even though it seemed like a complicated transaction in the beginning, their expertise and carrying personality made our home buying experience very smooth and pleasant. They also managed to find tenants  for our rental property in less than a week. If I could give Mike and Mary more than 5 stars I would!  We found Mike and Mary after extensive research and reviews and I am happy to confirm – they are truly the best agents in the Irvine surrounding area.  We interviewed numerous agents and it was clear from our first video meeting that Mary was going to be the right person to help us find our dream home.  Not only did they help us find our home, but as first-time home buyers Mike and Mary helped us through every step of the way (terms negotiations, inspection report review, renovation ideas, closing process, etc.) and were always available at any time if we had questions. 

We will refer Mike and Mary whenever anyone mentions they might be thinking about buying or selling a home.

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never! And I'm also going out of my way to do this review on a computer so you know this is going to be good! :P

I interviewed only two agents: (1) an agent a friend recommended, but was not local and (2) the Mike and Mary Jefarkhani & Lynne Wu team. After I met with Mary and Lynne, there was no doubt I would be using their services. The level of experience, especially in the Woodbury/Irvine area, was incomparable as they have sold the most number of homes in the neighborhood!

I first reached out to Mary back in summer of 2019, but decided that timing of selling the house was too rushed so we decided to wait until after the new year. Mary followed up in Jan 2020 and kicked off the process. From the very first meeting, Mary and team responded to every one of my questions in a timely manner. They were professional, great at communicating every step of the process, and also patient. They also had great vendor recommendations for any repairs needed! This was unlike the prior agent I had worked with to buy a home - where I felt like I was just another transaction and responses were harder to come by once the offer was accepted by the seller. I never once felt this way with Mike, Mary, and Lynne. From start to finish, I felt like Mike, Mary, and Lynne were truly trying to get us the best offer for our home.

This team also offered staging services which transformed my home! I honestly this is what sold my home for $50k more than the same model home one driveway down. Within the first 4 days on the market, we already had several offers and we accepted an offer on I believe day 6 or 7 for above asking price!

Once we were in escrow, Lynne helped me with finding a rental in the area. I was set up with an email alert of all rentals that fit my criteria and whenever I was interested in a rental, Lynne would view the property with me. She made the application and move-in process so easy!

Lastly, selling my first home was a very sensitive, and private matter for me and my former partner, but Mary was able to be a great listener and emotional support while still maintaining professionalism throughout the whole process.

I'm so grateful to have made the right decision to work with the Mike and Mary Team and highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an agent in the area!

Mike, Mary and Lynne are very professional.

Mary and Lynne are very professional. I knew Mary and Mike 4 years ago when I bought current house while  she was seller's agent at that time. Now they are my agents helping me to buy. They care me much more than myself, i.e. the seller did not do a certain home  inspection in time, I already told them I can just sign to remove all contingencies... but they insist on requesting  to follow the procedures to protect me. Lynne  Wu gave me full explanation in details for all documents I need to sign. She was very patient , careful  and helpful. They are a dream team and all nice people we should invite as agent and friends. I am so lucky to have them!
